Travel and Accommodations

1.    Who is responsible for all travel arrangements?
Sponsors are expected to book flights and hotel accommodations.

2.    Which airport should be booked?
Bengaluru International Airport (BLR)

3.    Will airport transfers be arranged?
We recommend using pre-paid taxis or the airport transfer service from the hotel you are staying at.

4.    Do you recommend a hotel?
We recommend staying at the Mövenpick Hotel and Spa in Bangalore. This is where the conference will be held. We have booked group rates. A single room cost Rs 7500 about €110 + tax and double rooms cost Rs 8500 about €125 + tax . These rates include breakfast and Wi-Fi. 5.    If I stay at another hotel. How do I get to the Mövenpick for the conference?
The Mövenpick Hotel and Spa is located 115 Pipeline Road, near BEL circle, Gokula Extension in Bangalore. Have your hotel order you a taxi or you may also enjoy a ride on one of ‘Incredible India’s’ rickshaws.

Exhibition and Presentation

1.    What type of copying services will be provided?
The hotel has a business center, however the charges are high. We recommend you send your printed materials to the venue beforehand or taking them along.

2.    What format and on what data carrier should I have my presentation?
Please use your own laptop and keep copies of your presentation on a USB and on your laptop in PDF and PPT formats.

3.    What technology will be provided at the conference?
There will be a projector, screen and microphone. Sponsors are expected to bring their own laptops.

4.    Will there be a technology check before the presentation?

Yes. There will be a technician on hand to do checks and resolve any problems.

5.    What size is my booth?
Please check your SLA and/or the sponsorship package you selected.

6.    What additional equipment can be rented? When should I order it by?
Please see the ‘Booth Equipment and Rental Form’, you receive a table and two chairs.
Please order no later than February 10, 2013.

7.    When can I assemble and disassemble the booth?

Please assemble on the evening of February 20th or the morning of February 21st between 9 and 9:30 am. The booths must be disassembled on February 22nd between 16:00 and 17:00.

8.    Will there be a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes and it is free.

9.    When and where will the networking event take place?
The networking event will take place on Thursday, February 21st at 7:00pm on the rooftop patio at the Mövenpick Hotel and Spa.
