HELLER was founded in 1894 as a small craft business in Nurtingen (Germany) and celebtrates its 125th anniversary in 2019. As a global player today HELLER develops and produces innovative machine tools and production systems for metal-cutting processes with more than 2,900 people worldwide. Five production facilities in Europe, North and South America and in Asia ensure a reliable supply to our customers. Additionally, HELLER is represented in all major markets with 30 sales and service bases around the globe.

Our product range comprises 4 and 5 axis machining centres, mill/turning centres, machines for crankshafts and camshafts, flexible manufacturing systems and modular services. Among our customers are companies from the automotive industry and their suppliers, machine manufacturers, aerospace industry, power engineering, sub-contractors and many other industries. With HELLER4Industry, we are offering our customers an expanded solution range for the digitisation of production. It provides greater ease of use of the machine, optimal network integration and expanded functionalities and service possibilities. 

You will visit the production halls in Nürtingen. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to talk to Heller's Technical Communications staff.

Guided Tour Tübingen

The classic, if you don't know Tübingen yet! During a 90-minute guided tour you will learn a lot of interesting and entertaining things about the past and present, about important buildings and famous personalities. Of course, our tour guides also know about people's everyday lives, about funny and curious things and what makes Tübingen so special and different.

„Kunst, die man nicht sieht“ – Kunst im öffentlichen Raum

Kennen Sie die Kunstwerke, die sich öffentlich zugänglich im Stadtraum der Stadt Stuttgart verbergen? Die „Kunst im öffentlichen Raum“ kostet keinen Eintritt, sie ist einfach da, manche Künstler haben nicht einmal um Erlaubnis gefragt und einfach ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Schon Robert Musil sagte einmal: „Das Auffallendste an Denkmälern ist, dass man sie nicht bemerkt.“ Es gibt ganz bescheidene Kunstwerke, die kaum auffallen und deshalb oft übersehen werden, wie der „Abendstern“ von Micha Ullman. Es gibt „Kunst, die man nicht sieht“ wie die versteckte Arbeit von Edgar Harwardt oder große Skulpturen, die Orte und Wege markieren, wie die monumentalen Skulpturen von Otto Herbert Hajek. „Kunst im öffentlichen Raum“ ist auch deshalb so interessant, weil die Frage gestellt werden kann, in welcher Weise der Künstler oder der Auftraggeber Bezug zur Stadt und ihrer Geschichte nimmt. Lassen Sie sich überraschen!
