Frank Closset
Product Management Director, SDL plc
Frank Closset is Product Management Director for SDL’s Knowledge Center product line. With an experience of 15+ years, Frank carries the overall responsibility for driving product management for Structured Content Technologies at SDL and getting the overall content management experience to the next level.
Frank worked all around the world with global organizations and integrated SDL’s Component Content Management solution into their tool chain and processes. Frank is a big advocate and early adopter of DITA and packaged DITA into the Trisoft CMS even before it became an OASIS standard. Frank holds two Master’s degrees: one in Applied Economics, one in Business Informatics, both from the University of Leuven, Belgium.   
Ray Culp
Trainer at TCTrainNet, Germany
Ray Culp is the Moderator on the TCTrainNet online training platform and forum.
Ray's involvement in technical communication began in 1997 when he took on a position as a technical writer with an international manufacturer of mobility products and other patient aids.
His experience includes the creation of instructional material targeting end users and service technicians, translation management for publishing that information in many languages simultaneously, analysis and optimization of information structures and processes, as well as developing the software to make these things happen.  
Michael Fritz
CEO, tekom / tcworld GmbH, Germany
Michael Fritz holds a PhD in media sciences and a degree in business administration and specializes in marketing. He has worked for several associations, e.g. as head of an institute for lifelong learning.
Since 1996 he has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation - tekom e.V. and, since 2013, also CEO of Europe’s largest association for technical communication – tekom Europe.
He is also CEO of tcworld GmbH, a company providing services for tekom / tekom Europe.

As the Global Evangelist for Technical Communication at Adobe, Stefan’s mission is to inspire enterprises and technical writers around the world and show how to create compelling technical communication content with the Adobe TCS tools.
Stefan is also a certified Quality Management Professional, ISO 9001 / EN 15038 auditor, Change Management Assessor, ISO 31000 Risk Management expert and Six Sigma Champion. Stefan is a popular speaker and moderator on conferences such as tekom, tcworld, Intelligent Content Conference, Congility, LocWorld, TCUK, STC, GALA, ELIA, and many other. He is also a member of the Conference Advisory Board of the world’s biggest TechComm event, the tekom / tcworld Conferences and an Ambassador for the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA). Sarah O’Keefe, President, is the chocoholic founder of Scriptorium Publishing and a content strategy consultant.
Scriptorium offers content strategy services to help customers solve business problems and achieve strategic goals.
Since founding the organization in 1997, Sarah has worked with numerous organizations to assess content issues, develop solutions, and implement new technologies that unlock content value. 
Peter Stumpf
General Manager, STAR Group, China
Peter Stumpf has been working in China for the last two decades as GM of the China STAR Group office. He started to work as a freelance translator in "pre-translation memory" times, recognized quickly the advantages of TM in his daily work and introduced translation memory and terminology management in the China office later on.
Peter has a diploma (MA) in translation from the University of Mainz/FASK Germersheim, Germany. Since 1996 he has participated as speaker, panelist, and with workshops on conferences and forums throughout Asia (e.g. LISA, LocWorld, FIT).
Angelika Zerfass
Consultant and Trainer at zaac, Germany
Angelika Zerfass studied Chinese/Japanese and Computational Linguistics at the University of Bonn, Germany. After her studies she worked for the Japanese Embassy in Bonn and then for Trados in Japan, Germany and the US.
Since 2000 she has provided independent consultancy, training and technical support for translation tools with her company based in Bonn, Germany for clients all over the world.
She is a frequent speaker at translation and localization industry events. 
Li Zhenzi (Jean)
Senior Information Architect, Huawei Technologies, China
Jean has over 10 years of experience in Telecom and Technical Communication. She has extensive knowledge of telecom products and experience in information development, information architecture, and project management at Huawei.
Currently, she is the Senior Information Architect, focusing on how new technologies can improve documentation development and delivery for Huawei. Jean is currently working on projects of DCP and AR. She has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in computer science.
