Scott Bower

Scott Bower holds degrees in Mass Communications, Multi Media, and Industrial Education. He has spent his 35+ year career in supporting Automotive Aftersales in both Manufacturer and Supplier positions.
He spent 12+ years in various staff positions supporting technical training, dealer support services and technical content development at Nissan North America. After leaving Nissan, he joined the Tweddle Group, Inc. and for the last 17 years he has grown from his initial role as the founder of Tweddle’s Technical Authoring and the Creative Services capabilities to having a key leadership role as the EVP of Client Support.

Berry Braster

Berry Braster is Sales Director, Technical Documentation Services at Etteplan, Netherlands.
Etteplan specializes in industrial equipment engineering and technical documentation solutions and services. Berry has over 14 years of experience in the field of technical documentation and has assisted many global companies with their global content strategies, e.g. how to effectively communicate technical information and apply universal standards for content, including Simplified Technical English and DITA, and inform attendees on the use of applications like augmented and virtual reality to communicate information effectively to end-users.

Michael Fritz
Michael Fritz holds a PhD in media sciences and a degree in business administration and specializes in marketing. He has worked for several associations, e.g. as head of an institute for lifelong learning.
Since 1996 he has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation - tekom e.V. and, since 2013, also CEO of Europe’s largest association for technical communication – tekom Europe.
He is also CEO of tcworld GmbH, a company providing services for tekom / tekom Europe.
Fredrik Larsson

Fredrik Larsson has been employed at Semcon since 2001 and has worked for different OEM’s. For more than ten years, he was responsible for Volvo Cars Owner's Manuals and after that in a role as Lead Engineer for Qoros regarding Owner's Information.
Today, he is the manager for Semcon Digital Development, developing future digital information solutions.     

Wolfgang Ziegler

Dr. Ziegler is a theoretical physicist known as a leading expert in XML-based component content management and information management. Since 1997, he has worked as a CMS consultant, advancing numerous topics in technical communication. He has a full professorship at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and teaches content management-related topics since 2003.
